Happier animals. And more time back for the people doing the work. About the role Were looking for an epic frontend engineer with a product-obsessed mindset and the ability to lead - someone who cares about what we build, and why were building it.

This is a rare chance to solve hard problems no ones tackled before. As a lead, youll work across our mobile and web apps, writing clean, reliable code that makes a real difference. Were forward-looking and embracing what AI means for how we build.

Youll be hands-on and collaborative; shipping features, improving performance, and shaping how we work. We care about how you think and act: curious, thoughtful, practical, and someone who takes absolute ownership. What youll do Lead the architecture and implementation of key web and mobile features.

Bring a strong product lens - youll work closely with design and product to make smart trade-offs and ship high-impact features fast. Use AI tools (like Copilot or Cursor) without cutting corners on readability or quality. Set the standard for how we build: thoughtful code, great performance, clean design, and systems that scale.

Help evolve our design system and frontend patterns - Tailwind and Storybook are part of the picture. Support and guide other engineers, reviewing code and sharing context freely. Stay hands-on.

Youll be close to the work, helping shape the product. Keep frontend experiences fast and reliable, including when things go sideways. We support our systems end-to-end.

Youll be great if you Are experienced with React and have strong opinions on frontend architecture and design systems. Think like a product engineer: you care about the customer experience, not just clean code, and have the experience to back this. Know how to use AI tools well - not just as shortcuts, but to lift team output and focus on the harder stuff.

Have a track record of shipping software in cross-functional teams. Are comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where adaptability beats perfection. We work hard.

Understand how to build for performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Bonus points if youve worked in React Native, scaled design systems, worked with native mobile products, or mentored other engineers. A degree in software engineering or equivalent is a bonus, but not a must-have.
