About the role As the Learning and Development Lead, you'll design and deliver training programs that support staff at all levelsclinical and non-clinical. From onboarding to leadership development, you'll play a critical role in building capabilities, driving engagement, and aligning training with both individual aspirations and organisational goals.
Youll work closely with Hub Managers, Clinical Leads, and external providers to plan and implement high-quality, needs-based learning experiences. You'll also help measure success and drive continuous improvement. We will consider part-time/hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.
What youll be doing Collaborate with leaders to assess training needs and develop tailored learning plans. Design and coordinate programs covering clinical, product, leadership, technical, and personal development. Deliver in-house training and manage external training partnerships within budget.
Track attendance, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI) across clinics and individuals. Support managers with tools and materials to enhance on-the-job learning. Champion a culture of development and continuous improvement.
What youll bring 5 years experience in a learning and development role. A confident, engaging communication style with the ability to inspire groups large and small. Effective planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Experience in the farming or agricultural sector, with a background in coaching or training in these environments. A relevant qualification in adult learning or workplace education (preferred). Adaptability, maturity, and a commitment to your own ongoing development.
