Across our global teams, the People & Culture team supports our people and departments across recruitment, new staff orientation, compensation, training and development. They make sure our growing and diverse global team is supported and capable of delivering our projects and customer's missions, and they're responsible for supporting their development, nurturing their skills and talent, and retaining the world-class people already on our team. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR II The Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor II is responsible for leading and enhancing the company's e-learning programmes to significantly improve the skills, knowledge and performance of employees while focusing on the development compliance programmes across our Rocket Lab sites.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Lead the design of engaging and innovative learning solutions using a variety of instructional design techniques. Lead in developing training materials and facilitate training related to cyclical global corporate compliance training requirements especially in North America. Development, and updating of advanced training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led sessions using ADDIE or SAM.

Facilitate the Rocket Lab Academy, focusing on onboarding new employees, training technicians, and production technicians, refining information to meet changing business needs, and developing new curriculum content for technical training requirements. Support the Team Lead - L&D, to support the development of new apprenticeship initiatives aimed at creating a pipeline of talent for scarce skillsets. Support the development and implementation of processes to audit and ensure completion of all compliance-related trainings.

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments. Assist with the administration of the LMS when required. YOU'LL BRI.
