Join our Learning Team Are you passionate about education and financial literacy? Do you have a knack for developing engaging teaching and learning resources? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you About the role We are looking for a Learning Specialist to join our dedicated Mori & Learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of financial capability teaching and learning resources for English Medium Education. On top of this you will play a critical role in supporting the development of Sorted Learning products across the suite and the PLD programme for Sorted in Schools.

Key aspects of the role include Leads the development and continuous improvement of financial capability teaching, learning and assessment resources for English Medium Education Leads the development of interactive financial capability resources by collaborating closely with the digital team and external providers Works collaboratively and transparently across the Mori and Learning team to ensure alignment of resources and support. Engages and consults with stakeholders throughout the resource development process to ensure their needs are understood and reflected in the learning programmes/resources Provides advice and support to the Learning Team and the implementation of PLD. What youll bring to the role: We are seeking applicants with the following key skills and experience: Diverse experience in senior teaching roles and understanding of NZ curriculum and NCEA. Familiarity with curriculum development requirements on the NZQF. Experience in learning design for English Medium Education settings and culturally responsive and inclusive learning.

Knowledge of contemporary adult learning techniques, behaviour change and blended and online learni.
