We have one opportunity in our Commercial Team and one in our Agribusiness / Property Team. These roles provide administrative support across a range of legal activities.

Legal Administration Our administrators are the engine of our firm - we rely on you to undertake technical work and to support our solicitors with professional administrative competence. If you have high standards and a good sense of humour, and you are looking for a new experience with professional challenge and stimulation in a mid-sized Dunedin office, you are encouraged to apply for this position. As a legal administrator, you will assist the solicitors in preparing a wide variety of legal documents, completing administrative tasks for property transactions, maintaining online systems, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.
You will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with online systems and automated workflows. You will possess exceptional organisational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities as well as a positive approach to making things happen.
