The Role As Employment Legal Counsel , youll play a key role in delivering practical, business-led advice to our clients across a broad range of workplace and industrial matters.

Youll work closely with clients on matters including: General employment and workplace relations advice Interpretation and application of employment agreements and policies Drafting workplace documents, contracts and advisory notes Advising on performance management and disciplinary processes Navigating complaints, disputes and conflict in the workplace Supporting restructures, exits and redundancy processes Managing engagement with external counsel where needed Providing legal guidance during workplace investigations What Were Looking For We want good humans technically strong, commercially minded lawyers who genuinely care about their work and their clients. If youre someone who takes ownership, sees the bigger picture, and thrives on making an impact youll fit right in. Youll also bring: 2-4 years post-qualification experience in employment law Experience in private practice, in-house, or a blend of both Strong communication and drafting skills Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders A practical, down-to-earth approach to problem solving Great time management and a calm, can-do attitude Whats in it for You?
