My client, a high-quality law firm, is looking for a skilled legal professional to join their team and deliver top-tier service to valued clients. The Role Youll work across several key areas, supporting experienced Partners and handling a mix of responsibilities: Handle property transactions for private and commercial clients. Conduct due diligence on property documents (titles, covenants, easements, building and LIM reports).

Manage financing matters, securities setup, and registrations (including complex transactions). Assist with discharges of securities and relationship property matters. Act for lenders and borrowers, supporting:Client reporting on bank instructions.

Public register searches and property reviews. Preparing documents like A&Is, resolutions, and discharges. Settlements, including registering securities.

Draft trust-related documents and assist with trust administration. Handle estate planning and administration tasks, including: Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and advance directives. Managing probate applications and estate distributions.

Preparing deeds of family arrangements. You will be: A motivated legal professional with experience in one or more of these areas. Someone who works well independently and pays attention to detail.
