About the role Reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager, this hands-on role ensures the safe and efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems. Youll scope and lead maintenance work, manage contractor performance, resolve plant issues, and contribute to long-term asset strategy.

Youll apply your expertise across process control systems, distributed control systems, PLCs, AC/DC drives, instrumentation, process measurements, and power distribution within a complex, continuous manufacturing setting.

What a typical day will involve Lead day-to-day and long-term E&I maintenance to boost reliability, efficiency, and uptime Diagnose faults, resolve issues, and support emergency repairs on critical systems Plan and manage contractor work, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance Develop and optimise preventative/predictive maintenance plans, shutdowns, and asset strategies Analyse performance data, lead root cause investigations, and maintain accurate records (SAP, BOMs) In addition, youll bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach. Your ability to communicate clearly, coordinate contractors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential. A strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and passion for technical problem-solving will ensure your success in this role.

Experience with High Voltage systems would be an advantage.
