Our operation is always evolving, and we need skilled problem-solvers like you to help maintain and improve our equipment What Youll Be Doing: Repair, maintain, and inspect a variety of equipment, including tractors, forklifts, harvesters, irrigators, and automated processing machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and carry out necessary repairs Fabricate and weld components when needed Keep maintenance records up to date Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and operates efficiently Work as part of a proactive, hands-on team to support daily farm and factory operations What Were Looking For: Experience in maintenance, mechanical repairs, or fitting Welding and fabrication skills Confidence using hand and power tools Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet Experience with automated machinery or irrigation systems (a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, adaptable, and ready to tackle new challenges Whats In It for You?
