Were recruiting a Maintenance Engineering Apprentice for our host company located in Ormiston, Auckland. If successful you will be employed by ATNZ and assigned to this host company where you will receive valuable on-the-job training while studying to become a fully qualified engineer. What does a Maintenance Engineering Apprentice do? Maintenance engineers maintain machinery, so it is reliable on the production line (usually within a manufacturing environment).

Maintenance engineers typically have a planned approach to maintenance, often involving computerised maintenance systems and condition monitoring, where the work may require a wide variety of engineering skills and knowledge. About the Host Company: Our host company is a leading New Zealand-based manufacturer specializing in the production of frozen food products, including French fries, frozen vegetables, and ready-to-eat meals. With a strong presence in the local market, they operate state-of-the-art processing facilities in both Hastings and Timaru.
