Reporting to our Auckland based Co-CEO, this is a position that reflects our continued growth in Cloud and DevOps Managed Services. As a key member of our team, youll work at the intersection of technology leadership and service excellence, engaging closely with clients, cloud partners, senior consultants, and our sales team to deliver scalable, resilient cloud solutions.

You'll bring your practical expertise in cloud operations and service management to lead delivery from the front, acting as a point of escalation, mentor, and systems leader across our managed services. The role You will lead our Cloud and DevOps Managed Services with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Cloud Service Management Own the delivery of high-quality cloud services across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.

Operational Leadership Drive incident, problem, and change management using ITIL-aligned practices. Client Success Maintain trusted relationships and ensure high service levels, including on-call escalation support where needed. Continuous Improvement Enhance our Cloud Service Management Framework and identify automation or optimisation opportunities.

Risk & Compliance Proactively manage operational risks, ensuring security, performance, and governance are built-in. Business Growth & Efficiency Support revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs while ensuring internal systems are fit-for-purpose. Team Development Provide line management to our Application Support Consultant and contribute to building a high-performing support team.

What we are looking for Solid experience in cloud service delivery or cloud operations in a managed services or consulting context. Working knowledge of ITIL or similar service frameworks, with hands-on experience managing the full-service lifecycle in a modern cloud environment. Proven credibility at the executive level, with a track record of delivering measurable value for senior stakeholders across complex cloud and transformation initiatives.

Passion for mentoring and upskilling others both within your team and across client engagements. A sharp problem-solver with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex techni.
