The opportunity: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Deal Strategy senior team member to join our growing team. You will manage client engagements, coach junior team members, and provide strategic advisory services to client, with a focus on value creation, integration, and separation.
You will work closely with senior executives and management teams to help them achieve their business objectives and drive growth and profitability. We are looking for candidates at Manager to Senior Manager level, with a relevant tertiary qualification and 5 years working experience, who bring strategic, commercial, and operational skills to a deal environment. You are likely to have some prior experience of Strategic Transformation, Commercial, Financial Strategy, Corporate Finance, and/or Integration & Separation projects from a Consulting or Corporate environment and will have a desire to build your skills and experience to become a specialist in this space.
