If you sound like that leader, read on. The opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Claims Manager to lead and develop our Health Claims team. Reporting to the Head of Claims, youll motivate the team to ensure effective processing and management of new and existing claims, while continuously reviewing and improving processes to achieve high performance.

Key responsibilities include: Leading a team of Claims Assessors and Administrators to ensure effective and timely processing of health insurance prior approvals and claims. Ensuring that customer satisfaction and productivity requirements are set for each individual and for the team. Managing audit and compliance requirements in line with key risks identified through the Health Business Risk Management process.

Identifying and executing process improvement initiatives that will enable the business unit achieve productivity, efficiency, service and growth objectives. Promoting the Health Claims team and supporting the overall strategic direction of AIAs Health Business. Liaising with key stakeholders relationships, including advisers, re insurers and medical providers.

Ideally, you'll bring: Proven expertise in leading or significantly contributing to a high performing team (3-5 years' leadership experience preferred). Excellent communication skills, proficient in influencing and negotiation. Risk management experience.
