We have an exciting opportunity for two Manager, Credit Portfolio Insights & Compliance to join our oneRisk team. M te Tranga | About the Role We sat down with our Head of Credit Portfolio Intelligence, and they let us know the following about the role; What are some of the day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete? Your main responsibility will be to lead the development of credit compliance and reporting related to APS 220 and APG 223.

Additionally, you will have cross functional involvement with the wider Credit Portfolio Intelligence team on portfolio management, insights and reporting. You will also be responsible for developing and managing controls to mitigate identified risks, ensuring they are appropriate to the risk appetite and risk profile of the bank. What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year? BNZ is an APRA and RBNZ oversighted bank and your role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of specific risks relating to the relevant Prudential Standard, and general credit portfolio reporting and management.

What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? Your main responsibility will be to lead the development of credit compliance and reporting related to these prudential requirements. Additionally, you will have cross functional involvement portfolio management, insights and reporting! W hat do we want you to know before you apply? Your role will be highly influential by identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting on these credit risks to ensure that the bank remains complainant with the relevant regulations. What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role? We are looking for someone with three or more years experience in financial services, specialising in credit risk and or regulatory obligation compliance.

You will also have experience in delivery regulatory change or transformation initiatives. Lastly, youll have a keen eye for detail by developing highly influential and visually striking reporting.
