M te tranga mahi | About the role We have an opportunity for an EPMO Manager to join us to ensure ACC delivers its strategic priorities, ensuring alignment of ACCs project and initiatives with the outcomes were striving to achieve making sure we are focusing on the right projects and initiatives and doing them in the right way, plus thinking about future projects and initiatives at ACC.
The Manager, EPMO is responsible for driving behavioural shifts across the organisation that help to support ACCs approach to change and to be a custodian of the standards, methodologies and practices used across ACC Taking on an enterprise view of change, youll guide, influence and constructively challenge change prioritisation decision making across ACC. All whilst ensuring the EPMO is fit for purpose by overseeing risk management, tracking performance metrics, leading a high performing team, and driving continuous improvement. Mu | About you Extensive, proven experience in EPMO leadership Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at senior leadership level Government experience is beneficial Ability to leverage data analysis to drive strategic decisions and enhance project outcomes Ability to understand stakeholders wants and needs and align them to organisational goals Understanding of and ability to work across different methodologies Effective leaderships skills to cultivate and maintain a high performing team For a full position description, please click here .
