Your leadership will play a vital role in upholding excellence in psychological care and supporting the well-being of individuals in a high-security correctional setting. As the Manager of Psychological Services, you will make a positive impact by: Leading, training, and supervising a team of psychologists, intern psychologists & psychotherapy students Ensuring an effective referral service and the subsequent provision of professional support Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers Implementing and maintaining service policies, clinical standards, and ethical practice Contributing to Sercos strategy through research, evaluation, and cultural responsiveness initiatives Serco is a place for you You are a strategic and innovative thinker, an empathetic leader, and a passionate advocate for psychological wellbeing. You are collaborative, culturally aware, and ready to lead a high-performing team, committed to making a difference.
