The Opportunity The Marketing Manager role will work to maximise the value of Bayfair Shopping Centre through creating, implementing and managing strategic marketing initiatives which drive the centre traffic, sales performance and market share. This position is available Part Time at 30 hours a week, for a Fixed Term contract of 13 months. Given the retail nature, this role is onsite at Bayfair Shopping Centre.

However, we can provide flexibility regarding start and finish times. Plus, flexible part time hours to suit your lifestyle. Tell us what works for you! You will make an impact by: Take the reins to execute the centres marketing strategy, focussing on boosting customer visitations, and sales.

You will set objectives, measure the impact and handle finance administration with finesse. Dive into market trends and keep a close eye on centre performance. Ensure our brand shines across all customer touchpoints, digital platforms, and communications.

Support our retailers to enhance their performance while nurturing strong, collaborative relationships. Foster strong relationships in our community, address concerns, and manage feedback effectively. Be actively involved in the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and focussing on elevating the customer experience.

About You The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in marketing or communication roles, particularly within the shopping centre, property, or retail industries. They should possess strong communication and customer retention skills, along with proven leadership abilities. Key capabilities include strategic marketing and planning, analysis and reporting, brand and campaign management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The candidate should be innovative, results-driven, and effective in community engagement and relationship building. They must demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and a strong focus on customer and stakeholder needs, while excelling in collaboration and communication. Why choose Dexus?
