The Opportunity: The Marketing Manager Smith&Smith is responsible for inputting into and executing the marketing strategy through quarterly advertising planning and campaign development In collaboration with agency partners. They manage content creation, oversee sponsorship and conference requests, and handle day-to-day budget management. Working collaboratively with business units to input into and ensure they align customer communications with brand guidelines to deliver a cohesive TTL (Through-The-Line) marketing approach.
Critical to the role is strong budget and performance (incl. ROI) management, strong agency partnerships, a seamless TTH marketing approach and effective marketing, channel and customer strategy execution. Location: NZ Support Office & DC (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060) Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday What were looking for: 5 years of marketing experience in a managerial mid-senior role Proven and strong experience in both traditional and digital campaign execution, content creation, analytical tools and brand management Ability to translate marketing strategy into actionable quarterly plans and campaigns Proficiency in tracking, analysing, and optimising marketing effectiveness.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives Demonstrated experience in integrating online and offline marketing efforts including understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and social media Experience managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and reporting on marketing performance Strong networker who gets teamwork, collaboration and two-way support A Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Marketing What we offer: WFH Flexible working opportunities (minimum 3 days in office).
