Job Description About the role We are currently looking for an experienced Master Production Scheduler (Planner) with positive and team player attitude to join our Hamilton based team. In this role, youll take ownership of the master production scheduling process across NZ & AU and serve as the ERP champion for our Hamilton plant. Youll be responsible for planning and managing the production planning & schedule in Hamilton plant while working closely with cross functional team (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure production deliveries are met on time.
Support achieve plant KPIs in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Beyond scheduling, youll play a key role in relevant production projects and the implementation of 5S/Lean methodologies, helping to enhance efficiency and workflow. A thorough understanding of ERP and Sales & Operations process will be essential for success in this position.
