We support our customers across the full asset life cycle from the conceptual development of a project through design, construction, commissioning and whole-of-life support and optimisation. Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you will have industrial mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in 3 Waters, have an understanding of mechanical issues relating to submersible and surface pumps and treatment devices such as centrifuges, compressors, mixers, aerators and blowers, etc, together with an understanding of PLC-controlled applications. The contract we look after is responsible for the maintenance of the water, wastewater, and stormwater networks and pump stations, including mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Nga pkenga matua | Important Skills The successful candidate with be familiar with preventative maintenance regimes, will be computer literate with the ability to complete time and job sheets, and will have the technical literacy to operate static and mobile telemetry devices. Able to plan jobs, operate and maintain equipment without supervision while always focusing on and have an outstanding customer service attitude when working with customers, the client and sub-contractors. Qualifications and Experience Full NZ Driver Licence - Class 1 minimum, class 2 would be an advantage Have a basic understanding of PLC controlled applications Certification in confined spaces & working at heights preferred.

NZQF Level 4 qualification in relevant field or at least three years of relevant experience.
