At North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Deerfield, IL, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a pediatric Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LCPC). You will perform psychosocial assessments and contribute to the interdisciplinary plan of care by developing and implementing a plan of care/treatment plan that provides extraordinary care for the patient while being sensitive to costs and resources. We are looking for someone with weekday afternoon and evening availability, as most of our clients are school-aged children.

Our benefits: Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on a minimum of 28 hours of care a week, as well as a bonus plan of up to $8,000 annually based on efficiency & quality care metrics.

Total compensation (base bonus) for this role starts at $80,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise.
