The MN Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) role for Spark involves overseeing both Mobile Networks Project Contract (PC) deliverables and Project Lighthouse MN PM/Deploy/NPO over a 7-year outsourcing agreement. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets. The role is extended beyond the existing MN RAN Hardware, Software, Care, Network Planning and Optimization, and Deploy business with Spark as the preferred network vendor for 4G and 5G RAN.
