Are you passionate about uplifting the wellbeing of hap mm, ppi and whnau? Do you have the leadership skills to guide a kaupapa Mori team grounded in aroha, whanaungatanga and manaaki? Were seeking a committed, visionary Mokopuna Ora Lead to join our organisation and drive impactful, culturally rooted maternal and child wellbeing initiatives across Hauraki/Waikato. You will lead a small but dedicated rp working alongside hap whnau, ppi, and tamariki, ensuring they are supported with holistic care and strengthened connections to Te Ao Mori. As the Mokopuna Ora Lead, you will: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Mokopuna Ora programme.
Support and supervise kaimahi delivering wraparound care for whnau. Build strong, collaborative relationships with local health and social service providers. Champion kaupapa Mori models of care that honour mtauranga Mori and whnau aspirations.
Develop and strengthen pathways that support mm and whnau experiencing mental health challenges, with a particular focus on postnatal wellbeing. Report on programme impact and support continuous improvement to meet whnau needs..
