Role Overview: Due to an internal promotion, we now have a rare opening for an experienced and motivated National Key Account Manager to join our Animal Management team. You will act as the communication link between some of our largest customers and internal teams, managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met, while implementing strategies to enhance satisfaction and grow market share. Location: While there is travel involved, the role is based in our Epping office so candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance to Epping.

Key Responsibilities: Build maintain strong relationships with key accounts across the agricultural sector, while pursuing new business opportunities. Understand customer needs develop tailored solutions. Ensure timely delivery of products and services while resolving any issues.

Drive sales growth and sustainable partnerships. Prepare progress reports and sales forecasts for key stakeholders. About you Our ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years proven experience in Key Account Management, ideally within the agricultural or related industries.

Strong relationship-building skills with expertise in managing large accounts and pursuing new business. Sales acumen, a strategic approach to sales and marketing, with demonstrated success in executing growth-driven initiatives. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills, coupled with a high level of self-motivation.

Technical curiosity and an interest in evolving industry technology and trends.
