Tasks and Qualifications: What Youll Do: Build & Lead Relationships: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across New Zealand and internationally, becoming a trusted partner and advisor. Deliver Impact: Engage with customers through tailored solutions, preparation of tailored tenders, dynamic presentations, and hands-on equipment demonstrations that showcase the value of our innovative products. Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside internal teams to access the latest tools, training, and expertise, ensuring you have everything you need to deliver exceptional results.
Drive Growth: Identify and seize new opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving growth across our customer base. Be the Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging customer needs, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for our clients and support our local dealer with IKA and ANZ account strategies. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in managing and expanding key accounts, within the material handling or associated industry.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business success. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
