Te Ktuku Rerenga Tahi Te Ktuku Rerenga Tahi is APMs two-year graduate programme.
APM have been running a programme for New Graduates since 2017 and have drawn on years of experience to design a programme based on feedback from previous years. APM New Graduates are welcomed into our team and supported to deliver exceptional client outcomes in both the Vocational Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation Services. What the programme offers Dedicated supervision and shadowing senior clinicians.
Diversity of work in clinic and community. Weekly new Graduate education sessions Fortnightly structured service specific learning Facilitated fortnightly reflective sessions with peers Clinical supervision / Clinical Advisor support Weekly coaching sessions Focus Groups Krero (panel to review cases) Professional development through our Learning Management System.
