Your Day-to-Day In this key role as Night Auditor, you will work closely with multiple departments, including room service and front office operations, to deliver a personalized guest experience that goes beyond expectations.
Your responsibilities. Handling guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth room allocations and check-in/check-out processes. Running reports and reconciling hotel financials.
Ensuring room service orders are delivered efficiently. Assisting guests with inquiries and requests, from handling incoming calls to coordinating luggage, transportation, and other services. What we need from you: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Familiarity with hotel management software (like Opera) and MS Office (bonus points if youre already a pro!). Experience in a luxury hotel environment? Definitely a plus. Attention to detail and a knack for accuracy with figures.
