About the role If you enjoy working with people from all walks of life, have experience of working in a busy environment and have a great eye for detail then we would really like to hear from you! The main purpose of this role is to ensure our premises are safe and secure and represent Adullam standards. We provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping.

We are looking for a Concierge to join our team! As a Concierge you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities including health and security of the centre, reviewing CCTV, ensuring the Tenant/residents/service users are safe in the environment, some cleaning duties and delivering breakfast. Your main goal will be to keep our building in a safe, secure and orderly condition. The role is full time 39.

37 hours per week pro-rota. You will ensure a good standard of professional service is given and that you work within the Associations Policies and Procedures. You will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.

About you We are looking for a Concierge with: An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages. Proven working experience as a Concierge. An organised person who can multitask Ability to Multitask.

A working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace, COSH Need to be agile and able to move equipment around the building. An ability to demonstrate our values and behaviours and work within our Christian ethos. Although lived experience is not essential, it is welcomed as part of our workforce.

This role is salaried at 25,795.22, dependent on experience and skill set evidenced at interview. In addition to your salary, we also have a list of generous benefits and initiatives that will help support you and your family, both in and outside the workplace.
