About the role Work closely as part of a small and focused Monday to Friday team (no weekends or nights) Provide first-class customer service to our clients, building strong relationships along the way Keep up to date with product knowledge and provide amazing travel advise Actively develop client relationships Attend client meetings and events Skills and Experience (what makes a great Flightie!) Previous consulting experience in corporate travel is essential A track record of excellence in customer service & the a bility to be agile in an ever-changing environment A sharp eye for detail and accuracy & t he skill to manage a high volume of bookings Great knowledge of travel and the desire to achieve results Strong airfare / change processes knowledge, the use of VTP as a form of payment would be a plus The ability/desire to connect and communicate with a remote based team Benefits (why you should join us!)
