Description Te Tranga /About the role: Our Pareora site in Timaru is the second largest site in our Silver Fern Farms network, employing over 700 people in peak season. We are looking for a nurse to join our team and bring their passion for people and their wellbeing. In this hands-on position, you will provide a range of professional health services to our employees.

Reporting to the site Health & Safety Manager, the successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Health & Safety Team, Site Management and stakeholders, with the role's core responsibilities including: Providing first line injury treatment when required Supporting and monitoring the injury management and rehabilitation process to help people return to work as quickly and efficiently as possible Undertaking a range of health monitoring checks on our people Completing pre-employment medical checks on new staff to ensure fitness for work Providing case administration for ACC injuries Supporting health and safety programs on site as part of the broader health and safety team u Pkenga /About You: Have a qualification as an Occupational Registered Health Nurse, or at a minimum be an enrolled nurse Proven experience working within the health sector and working with ACC cases Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our diverse workforce Strong clinical skills and experience A passion for helping people and looking after their well-being Te Ahurea /Why work at Silver Fern Farms?
