Introduction In this part-time role, you will provide essential administrative, organisational, and sales support to the CEO and Liberty sales team, helping to coordinate events, manage travel and logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of our Auckland office. This position would suit someone with deep experience in administration, sales support, or logisticsperhaps a former Executive Assistant or similar. Description About You You are a motivated and resourceful professional who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You take pride in your work, are solutions-focused, and enjoy helping others succeed. You will bring: Proven experience in administrative, sales support, or executive assistant roles Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence in managing travel bookings and coordinating events Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders A proactive approach to identifying and implementing efficiency improvements A commitment to upholding professional standards and company values A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture Skills And Experiences About Liberty Helping people is in our DNA.
