Our work covers a broad range of tasks, including producing and publishing statistics, responding to information requests, and helping users understand what's happening in the benefit system. M te tnga / About the role The Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Performance and Reporting team by optimising workload management and coordinating reporting, planning, and scheduling across teams.

Key responsibilities include the triage and response to urgent requests across teams, workflow management, business improvement, and providing analytical support during busy periods to enhance performance and reporting. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will champion continuous improvement across the Group, ensuring efficient workload management and supporting decision-making for the General Manager, the Performance and Reporting team, and other stakeholders.
