We are looking for an individual to join our team in the role of Operations Analyst, providing assistance 20 hrs per week. You will be a key part of the team that drives our customer success by offering a high level of service to our enterprise and carrier clients, as well as working with the business and engineering teams on projects as and when required. If you are hired for part time work you will likely be our preferred candidate for internship and graduate roles within the business.
Key Tasks: Understand our software platform Handle a queue of customer queries on bookings, payments and reporting, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact Suggest enhancements to software to improve customer experience Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and online chats to support customers Project assistance for software implementations, new feature development and testing Skills and Experience Preferred: Independent, proactive and task orientated Friendly with the ability to relate well to people Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills are required Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced environment Good computer literacy (Excel, Word) Engineering degree preferred.
