Job Title : Te Hau o Te Ora Operations Coordinator Location : Invercargill & Mataura Employment Type : Full-Time About Us At Te Hau o Te Ora, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our primary care centres. From coordinating staff schedules to managing daily administrative tasks, you will be the go-to person for keeping our facility running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless patient and staff experience.

Coordinate staff schedules, including clinicians, administrative, and support teams. Manage facility resources, supplies, and inventory to maintain operational readiness. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff as required. Act as a liaison between clinical staff, management, and external stakeholders. Monitor and report on key operational metrics to leadership.

Respond promptly to operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution. About You Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating an exceptional workplace. Essential Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience in healthcare operations, administration, or a similar role.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with scheduling systems and medical software. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. An understanding of the socio-economic and cultural determinants of health.
