About the role Reporting to the Logistics Manager, youll take charge of the daily movement of vessels and crew playing a vital role in delivering seamless transport on the water. No two days are the same in this dynamic role.
Youll be adjusting schedules on the fly, navigating crew changes, managing communications, and ensuring every hiccup has a plan B. Whether its an unexpected absence or a sudden shift in conditions, your calm under pressure and out-of-the-box thinking will be key to keeping everything on track. About you Were after someone with at least two years coordination experience, ideally with a background in dispatch, transport or logistics.
If youve got strong communication skills, a logical mind, and dont shy away from a challenge, we want to hear from you. Maritime or public transport knowledge is a bonus but not a deal breaker. About the hours of work This is a rostered position covering mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays because our operations never stop.
Youll work on a rotating roster with two days off in a row, and shifts that let you make the most of the rest of your week. This is a full-time permanent role that guarantees a 40 hour week.
