We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for performance. You will be looking after the day-to-day operations of our Contracting division in Northland with a focus on delivering results, driving performance, and making a positive impact in the region. This is a key leadership role where youll be responsible for overseeing our depots, managing the performance of contracts, and ensuring our clients needs are met - every time.

About the Role: This is a hands-on role, with a mix of office and client engagement. You will lead a business unit that includes the Faults team, tasked with responding to outages and restoring power across the Northland regions. Youll also oversee planned maintenance and asset replacement activities to meet operational standards while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are never compromised.
