Job Description Are you someone with an eye for detail and an ability to manage day-to-day operations. We are looking for an operations supervisor to lead and execute an operations plan whilst meeting the range of reporting needs. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, ensuring our services run smoothly and according to plan. Liaise and work closely with the customer to deliver the required outcomes.
Supervise and allocate work priorities fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance standards. Prepare reports and claims for pre-approval.
Manage and approve expenses within your delegation. Serve as a visible leader, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement..
