About the Role The Orderly team is a clinical support group to hospital services, and the leader role is responsible for proactively organising the team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery of daily operations.
The role facilitates a consistent approach to service delivery by ensuing staff have the right coaching and training to perform their duties safely. The leader will also at times cover some orderly duties. About you This role will suit someone with proven leadership and coaching skills, who has experience in a healthcare setting providing services to stakeholders, including patients.
It is expected that the person will have an appreciation of budget management, can think, plan and act strategically and at the same time relate to a wide range of people with a high standard of verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience as an orderly beneficial. Other key attributes for this role includes.
Flexible and adaptable and can prioritise tasks so services are met. Proven experience with rostering of staff Intermediate Microsoft office skills The right to work and live in New Zealand.
