We are seeking a passionate individual to lead and coordinate effective support services for Mori students, enhancing their retention, achievement, and completion rates. Based at Te Poho, you will play a key role in implementing and managing initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Mori and the Universitys Rautaki Mori, as well as the ALPSS strategic plan.
Working closely with ALPSS student services, Te Puna Tautoko, and wider university networks, you will ensure Mori students are well supported and can confidently navigate their academic journey. Youll also play an active role in identifying and addressing barriers to learning and engagement, driving meaningful change and fostering a culturally supportive and thriving learning environment. Salary will be in the range of $71,275 to $84,695 per year, prorated, based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a part-time (16.5 hours a week), fixed term role until December 2025, based on our Hillcrest Campus.
