Part Time Property Manager Whakatane, New Zealand Part time role - 20 hours per week Great working environment within an interesting industry Potential for career growth, We have a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant Property Management Team in a hands-on supporting role. Some property management experience would be beneficial but isn't essential as training will be provided. This is a part time role of 20 hours per week.
In this role you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Head Property Manager. You will be an essential team member, and your organization and people skills will be highly valued. Duties will include: Carrying out routine on-site property inspections Organizing repair and maintenance work Showing rental properties to prospective tenants Processing tenancy applications Completing reference checks for prospective tenants Various related administration tasks To be successful in this role you will have: Strong computer skills with ability to master new systems quickly, A current New Zealand driver's license, Excellent time management and organization skills, A high level of professionalism, presentation and honesty, A general understanding of the property management industry If you are interested in this role please apply now through our online application form with a copy of your current CV and a covering letter.
