Description Finance and Payroll Administrator (Part-Time)- Riccarton Clinic Finance and Payroll Administrator About Riccarton Clinic: Riccarton Clinic is a busy combined General Practice and Urgent Care clinic located at Church Corner, Upper Riccarton. Open every day of the year from 8.00am to 8.

00pm, our team of 110 health professionals ensures that the healthcare needs of many are met. This is a wonderful opportunity to be pivotal in this dynamic organisation that offers superior service and high-quality clinical care. We are looking for a Permanent Part time employee working Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, reporting to our Finance Lead.

About the role: The Finance and Payroll Administrator plays a key role in supporting the clinics financial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of financial reporting and payroll functions. This position is essential in maintaining accurate and timely financial transactions, while providing management with detailed business performance reports for Riccarton Clinic. Key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Undertake and ensure financial accounting and payroll functions of Riccarton Clinic are accurately completed in accordance with legislation, accounting standards and good business practice.

Undertake/maintain/create/prepare reporting/records for use across the organisation As part of the team culture at Riccarton Clinic, contribute to activities, tasks, and projects that may be reasonably requested of you by the company. Ideally, you bring proven experience as a Finance and Payroll Administrator and are ready to make an immediate impact. In addition, we are looking for someone with: Business administration or finance qualification, or similar Experience with accounting and payroll duties Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Financial (MYOB Account Right) & payroll software) Ability to complete multiple tasks and is flexible Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills .
