The Role As the Payroll Manager you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director but will be dealing with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will be responsible for the following: Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery. Manage payroll-related audits and maintain updated policies in line with current labor laws and tax requirements. Review payroll systems, recommend improvements, and drive efforts for automation and efficiency.

Be an integral part of the Payroll/HRIS systems migration Work closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure seamless integration for payroll, benefits, and compliance tracking. Address employee inquiries efficiently with empathy and provide top-notch payroll support while safeguarding confidentiality. Review of Gross-to-net and posting of payroll accounting journals into General ledger.

Analyze payroll metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Your profile: Proven experience of (3 years) in payroll management and (2 years) in accounting, OR 5 years experience in payroll Expertise in payroll software and systems, exposure to HRIS projects is highly desired Knowledge of applicable labor laws, tax codes, and international payroll regulations (if applicable). Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership skills to effectively guide junior(s) and lead payroll/HRIS systems migration project Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
