We have an exciting part-time (32 hours per week) opportunity available to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as a Payroll Specialist.
This role will see you Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs for Bureau Stores ensuring that all changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner. What youll deliver: Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and year end reporting for Stores as required Any other ad-hoc reports requested to be run by the payroll team or the Stores Respond to Stores queries efficiently and in a professional manner at all times Ensure all IRD Filing and payments are paid accurately and on time (PAYE, Student Loan, Child Support, KiwiSaver, ESCT)YTD totals correct and filed On-board member stores employees onto the Payroll Bureau Participate in the gathering and analysis of Member feedback to establish the value, satisfaction and expectations of the Payroll Team as it relates to Member Services Support in the development, implementation & achievement of actions to address the opportunities for improvement identified through process improvement Your background will include: Minimum 3 years experience in similar role Proficient in using MYOB Pay Global Competent on advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong personality with the ability to be calm under pressure when dealing with customers Strong communication skills What we offer: This role offers the opportunity to work on Aucklands North Shore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyable to work in.
