You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Auckland peer-led support team, this is a service that is an alternative to hospital admission and can house up to 12 guests, working in a team of peer support specialists all with a common purpose to support people experiencing mental illness.

This is a permanent full-time role. You will be working Tuesday Saturday, 7am 3:0pm. Based in Papatoetoe, Auckland.

You | Mu: We are interested to hear from peers with a period of wellness and work in a recovery-focused way for our Tupu Ake service. Youll also have: A current Peer Employment Training or Intentional Peer Support Training Completion of WRAP training, including WRAP at work New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or be currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent Knowledge of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers Rights An understanding of and commitment to the principles of recovery Lived experience of mental illness Knowledge of mental health and NGO sector development Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi Closing Date: Friday, 13th June 2025.
