Description We have a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join a team thats making a difference. This is not a typical partnering role, its a true generalist position where youll work closely with Managers across the world and gain experience in providing support to global markets. Supporting our sales teams offshore, and some corporate office teams, there are no two days the same.
Based at our vibrant Commercial Bay office, you will work closely with a small team of generalists to deliver the People & Culture plan for your portfolio. The opportunity People & Culture Partnering: Provide proactive P&C support to managers within your portfolio, offering guidance on all P&C activities in alignment with current employment law, regulations, and business requirements. Generalist P&C Activities: Manage recruitment, reporting, remuneration and performance cycles, DE&I, wellbeing, and change management.
Employee Relations & Coaching: Provide coaching and support to managers in navigating employee relations processes. Learning & Development: Assist in the creation and facilitation of workshops, supporting continuous employee development and organisational growth. Employee Wellbeing & Engagement: Support Managers to foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaged workplace environment, helping to implement wellbeing initiatives and drive employee engagement.
About you We are seeking a proactive and driven People & Culture professional with experience in working in a fast-paced and high-performance culture. You will be a critical thinker with a commercial mindset, able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Youll have: Previous experience in a Partnering role with a proven track record of building strong key stakeholder relationships.
Understanding of NZ employment law is a must and exposure to global employment law is beneficial. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate through the complexities of HR and ER. A growth mindset, you proactively take ownership of your personal development through feedback, learning on the job and self-directed learning.
