About the role We're on the lookout for a People (HR) Advisor to join our team in either Wellington or Auckland.

What youll do As a key member of our People team, you'll be involved in daily HR activities and supporting our Tenzing whnau. Some key responsibilities of the role include: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across New Zealand and Australia, including overseas hires. Ensuring compliance and payroll accuracy, processing payroll for staff across New Zealand and Australia and supporting reporting requirements.
Collaborating on and delivering wellbeing, training and learning and development initiatives, alongside supporting the wellbeing calendar and facilitating staff learning and development across all levels. Supporting employee lifecycle activities and general HR activities, including preparing employment documentation, policy reviews, staff communications and assisting the People Manager and Senior Leadership team as needed. Contributing to company culture and engagement by assisting in internal events and managing employer branding through Tenzings online presence across different platforms.
What you bring To be successful in this role, youre likely to have most of the following: Relevant qualifications and/or at least 3 years experience in HR in New Zealand or Australia. Experience in recruitment processes. Experience with payroll processes and compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with staff at all levels. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Good knowledge of current Employment law and HR practices.
