The Role The role reports directly into the IT Manager where you lead multiple and concurrent projects. You will work cross-functionally and so the ability to build on strong relationships with excellent communication is a must. Duties will include Lead project management activities, including planning, tracking, resource allocation, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Assist in gathering, mapping and documenting processes and business requirements for IT and operational projects. Work with the IT Manager and Business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective reports using SQL and other BI tools. Work closely with the IT team and business users to enhance ERP and other IT systems.

Help identify process improvements and system enhancements. Support system testing, documentation, training, and deployment activities. Skills & Experience Solid experience as a Project Manager Some experience performing Business Analysis, or similar, along with some BI/ reporting work Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Basic proficiency in SQL for querying databases. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
