Promote self-directed learning and share knowledge on modern teaching practices. Assist in analysing student data to identify strengths and areas for development. Provide feedback to students to improve their performance and maintain regular progress reports.

Ensure school policies are correctly implemented. Work collaboratively with campus team and regional teams. Experience, skills and competencies New Zealand registered Teacher with experience across Years 3 to 4 or 5 to 6.

Knowledge of modern learning environments and techniques. Clear communication and effective listening. Ability to liaise with parents, staff, pupils, and the wider community.
