Description About the role We are seeking two experienced Process Technicians looking for their next opportunity to join our team to assist with our Dryer operations, based in Pokeno. This is a permanent full-time opportunity where youll be working with advanced automated systems and processes to produce high-quality nutrition products for global markets. If youve worked in food or dairy manufacturing before and have hands-on experience working in dryer operations, dispensing ingredients or wet mix operations and know what it takes to keep production lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities may include; Dispensing ingredients, mixing, tipping, and batch preparation In-process testing and quality control checks Intrusive cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment Operate sophisticated automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process Perform product quality checks to minimise losses and boost line efficiency Uphold high safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve production goals What We Offer Depending on experience pay rate will start from $28.54 and up to $32.90 for experienced operators with opportunities for increases after completing competency sign off.

Ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role or provide opportunities throughout the business. This is a full-time permanent role. Our roster pattern consists of four rotational shifts operating 2-day shifts, 5:45am to 6:15pm, 2-night shifts, 6:15pm to 5:45am and 4 days off.

You must be available to work on a rotating roster. The roster pattern is subject to change based on operational requirements. Skills and Experience Were Looking For: We are specifically targeting experienced Process Operators who bring professionalism, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.

You should have: The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry as a Process Technician. However, if you don't have this background, we still encourage you to apply! Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate our equipment Thorough with good attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive There will be some lifting required of up to 25 Kg Demonstrate a strong understanding of processes Applicants outside of New Zealand will only be considered if you have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
