Description About the role We are seeking an experienced Process Technicians to join our Packer and Palletising team. In this permanent, full-time role, youll operate automated case packers, robotic palletising systems, and packaging equipment, ensuring our finished goods are packed accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical in our packaging plant, where you'll perform routine checks, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated packing equipment, case packers, and palletising robots Conduct visual and in-process quality checks to maintain product compliance Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or process issues, escalating where necessary Perform product quality checks to minimise losses and boost line efficiency Uphold high safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve production goals What We Offer Depending on experience pay rate will start from $28.54 and up to $32.
90 for experienced operators with opportunities for increases after completing competency sign off. Ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role or provide opportunities throughout the business This is a full-time permanent role. Our roster pattern consists of three rotational shifts operating Monday to Friday, with each shift running for 8.
75 hours. The roster pattern is subject to change based on operational requirements. You must be available to work all three shifts on the rotating roster.
Morning Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM, Afternoon Shift 1:45 PM to 10:30 PM, Night Shift 09:45 PM to 6:30 AM Skills and Experience Were Looking For: We are targeting experienced lab or Process Technicians with a passion for quality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a dairy or food manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strong focus on product quality Strong understanding of critical control points and hygiene procedures Physical ability to lift up to 25kg safely and repeatedly The confidence to troubleshoot, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
